Stop paying $300
for a $7 fix.
Snap a photo of what's broken. Jin diagnoses it, walks you through the repair step by step, and links the exact part you need, usually the cheap one the repair guy was never going to mention.
And when Jin isn't sure, Jin says so, instead of confidently sending you down the wrong path.

Same break. Two very different bills.
A service call has a minimum, usually $150 to $400 just to show up. The part that's actually broken is almost always cheap. Jin tells you which one it is, then helps you do the cheap thing.
Numbers are typical US ranges, your mileage varies, and that's exactly why Jin looks at your photo before it tells you anything.
The repair video assumes your machine looks like theirs. It never does.
A how-to video can't see your kitchen. Jin can. Snap a photo and Jin adapts to your exact model, your exact puddle, your exact burn mark, and asks the right next question instead of making you scrub a 14-minute video for the 20 seconds that match.

Of the appliance, the broken part, the puddle, the weird noise (well, describe that one). Jin sees what you see.
Get a real diagnosis
Not a generic "could be a lot of things." A ranked list of what's most likely wrong, with the reasoning behind it.
Fix it, step by step
Jin walks you through it, waits when you need to grab a screwdriver, and links the exact replacement part if you need one.
Jin will tell you when they're not sure.
Most AI assistants will confidently send you down the wrong path, and a wrong repair on a $7 part can turn into a $700 mistake. Jin's built to say "I'd grab a second opinion on this one" when the photo's ambiguous or the symptom is rare.
That's because every repair Jin attempts is rated, by you, and the model learns where it tends to be wrong. Confidence is earned, not assumed. It's also why Jin refuses gas, refrigerant, and high-voltage jobs and points you to a licensed pro instead.
"Okay, this could be the drain pump, but the puddle pattern doesn't quite match. Before you order a part, let's check the filter first. 90% of the time that's it. If it's not, I'll know more."
Jin, mid-diagnosis
Start with what's already broken.

Standing water at the bottom of the tub. Nine times out of ten it's the filter. Here's how to be sure.

Is SokoJin free?
The alpha is completely free, no card, no obligation. And early testers lock in a permanent discount if we ever charge a paid tier.
Is it safe to follow AI repair advice?
Jin refuses anything involving gas lines, sealed refrigerant systems, or high-voltage components and instead helps you find a licensed pro. When a photo is ambiguous, Jin says so rather than guessing. That restraint is the whole point.
What can Jin actually fix?
Everyday appliances first, dishwashers, dryers, washers, fridges, ovens, and garbage disposals, the high-volume problems where a part costs a few dollars and a service call costs hundreds. Phones, laptops, and furniture are expanding next.
What happens if Jin gets it wrong?
You tell Jin. Every repair ends with you rating whether it worked. That feedback is exactly how Jin gets sharper over time, and how we learn where it's not reliable yet, so we never pretend it is.
iOS only?
The alpha ships on iOS via TestFlight. Android is on the roadmap once the core experience is dialed in.
What do you do with my photos?
